- 3 pounds corned beef brisket
- 1 large head of cabbage cut into wedges
- 6 large carrots peeled and cut into chunks
- 10 small red potatoes halved
- 4 cups water
Place corned beef brisket into the slow cooker.
Add water, cover, and cook on low for 8 hours.
Add cabbage, carrots, and potatoes. Cook for an additional hour.
Remove meat and vegetables. Slice meat across the grain and serve with vegetables.
