Skinny Lemongrass Mojito
A refreshing, low-calorie twist on the classic mojito with a hint of lemongrass.

Main Ingredients
- 10 leaves Fresh mint
- 1 stalk Lemongrass cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon Agave syrup
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- 2 oz White rum
- 4 oz Club soda
- 1 cup Ice crushed
1. Muddle the mint leaves and lemongrass pieces in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add the agave syrup, lime juice, and white rum to the shaker.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
5. Top with club soda and garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime.
