Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 10 leaves Fresh mint
  • 1 stalk Lemongrass cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Agave syrup
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz White rum
  • 4 oz Club soda
  • 1 cup Ice crushed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Muddle the mint leaves and lemongrass pieces in a cocktail shaker.
  2. 2. Add the agave syrup, lime juice, and white rum to the shaker.
  3. 3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  4. 4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
  5. 5. Top with club soda and garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime.
