Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta any type
  • 1 bunch Swiss chard chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chopped Swiss chard to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
