Simple Swiss Chard Pasta
A quick and easy pasta dish featuring fresh Swiss chard.

Main Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta any type
- 1 bunch Swiss chard chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Add the chopped Swiss chard to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
