- 2 cucumbers sliced
- 0.5 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 0.25 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
1. Slice the cucumbers and red onion thinly.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add the sliced cucumbers and red onion to the bowl and toss to coat.
4. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.
