Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup Chopped cilantro
  • 1 piece Lime, cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  3. 3. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  4. 4. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on each tortilla, then topping with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.
  5. 5. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
