Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
3. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
5. Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
