- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 whole Pineapple, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. Thread the shrimp and pineapple chunks onto skewers, alternating between them.
