Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined small, cooked
- ½ cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 Red onion finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
- 1 cup Cilantro chopped
- 2 Tomatoes diced
- 1 Cucumber diced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, lime juice, red onion, and jalapeño.
2. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
3. Add the cilantro, tomatoes, cucumber, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
4. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or on tostadas.
