Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same wok, add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. 5. Return the shrimp to the wok and add the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine.
  6. 6. Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is heated through. Serve hot.
