Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 12 oz Fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  4. 4. Pour heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. 5. Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to combine. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
