Shredded Brussels Sprout And Apple Salad

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Brussels sprouts, shredded
- 2 Apples, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Walnuts, chopped
- ¼ cup Dried cranberries
- ¼ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
Dressing
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded Brussels sprouts, sliced apples, chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, and crumbled feta cheese.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
