  • 2 Apples, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Walnuts, chopped
  • ¼ cup Dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup Feta cheese, crumbled

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded Brussels sprouts, sliced apples, chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, and crumbled feta cheese.
