- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoon heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon grated cheese cheddar or your choice
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Butter the ramekins and place them in a baking dish.
Crack 2 eggs into each ramekin.
Pour 1 tablespoon of heavy cream over the eggs in each ramekin.
Sprinkle grated cheese, salt, and pepper over the eggs.
Fill the baking dish with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
Carefully remove the ramekins from the water bath and serve immediately.
