  • 8 oz Pasta shells
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, or until tender and slightly crispy.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta shells and roasted Brussels sprouts in a large bowl. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
