Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 4 pieces Pita bread or flatbreads
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
- ½ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Tzatziki sauce or garlic sauce
1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken slices and mix well to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until fully cooked and slightly charred, about 8-10 minutes.
3. Warm the pita bread or flatbreads in a dry skillet or microwave.
4. Assemble the wraps by placing some cooked chicken, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced red onion on each pita bread. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce or garlic sauce.
5. Roll up the wraps and serve immediately.
