  • 2 bulbs Fennel thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Thinly slice the fennel bulbs using a mandoline slicer.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  3. 3. Add the sliced fennel and arugula to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly with the dressing.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
