Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas thawed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bacon bits
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large glass bowl, layer the chopped lettuce evenly at the bottom.
  2. 2. Add a layer of thawed peas on top of the lettuce.
  3. 3. Next, add a layer of halved cherry tomatoes.
  4. 4. Add a layer of thinly sliced red onions.
  5. 5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the onions.
  6. 6. Add a layer of bacon bits.
  7. 7. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and sugar. Spread this dressing evenly over the top layer.
  8. 8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
