Salad Ingredients
- 1 bunch Kale chopped
- 1 cup Orange segments peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
Dressing Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Orange juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped kale and orange segments.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, olive oil, orange juice, honey, and soy sauce.
3. Pour the dressing over the kale and orange segments, and toss to coat evenly.
4. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
