Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti noodles or any other type of noodles
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well.
  3. 3. Toss the cooked noodles with the sauce until well coated.
  4. 4. Add shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, toasted sesame seeds, and sliced scallions. Toss to combine.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for an hour before serving.
