Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup green onions finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger grated
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Mash chickpeas in a bowl until mostly smooth.
  2. Add breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, egg, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form mixture into patties.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
