Sesame-Ginger Chickpea Patties
Delicious and easy to make chickpea patties with a sesame-ginger twist.

Main Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup green onions finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger grated
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Mash chickpeas in a bowl until mostly smooth.
Add breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, egg, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form mixture into patties.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
