Main Ingredients
- 2 large Cucumbers sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
1. In a mixing bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
2. Add the sliced cucumbers to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the dressing.
3. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
