Sesame Clementine & Cabbage Salad

Salad Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 4 units clementines, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Dressing Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, clementine segments, shredded carrots, and chopped cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and grated ginger until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the top before serving.
