Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Mixed seafood (shrimp, clams, fish)
  • 2 cups Diced potatoes
  • 1 cup Diced onions
  • 2 cups Fish stock
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the diced onions and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the diced potatoes and fish stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. 4. Add the mixed seafood and cook until just done.
  5. 5. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for a few more minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot with crusty bread.
