Ingredients

  • ½ cup Popcorn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot with a lid.
  3. Once the kernels start popping, shake the pot occasionally to prevent burning.
  4. When the popping slows down, remove the pot from heat.
  5. Transfer the popcorn to a large bowl and sprinkle with sea salt to taste.
