Instructions
Boil the eggs for 7 minutes, then cool in ice water and peel.
Divide sausage meat into 4 portions and flatten each portion.
Wrap each egg in sausage meat, ensuring it's fully covered.
Roll each sausage-covered egg in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a deep pan and fry each egg until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
