  • 10 pieces Scotch Bonnet Peppers stems removed
  • 1 cup White Vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Allow the mixture to cool, then transfer to a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. 4. Pour the sauce into sterilized bottles and store in the refrigerator.
