Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce Recipe

- 10 pieces Scotch Bonnet Peppers stems removed
- 1 cup White Vinegar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Allow the mixture to cool, then transfer to a blender and blend until smooth.
4. Pour the sauce into sterilized bottles and store in the refrigerator.
