  • 4 boneless pork chops pounded thin
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil for frying
  • 4 sandwich rolls split and toasted
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pound the pork chops thin.
  2. 2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Dredge each pork chop in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the breaded pork chops until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. 7. Assemble the sandwiches with schnitzel, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise on toasted rolls.
