Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 2 cups Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Spinach, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 egg Egg, fried
1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt.
2. Stir in the oats and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
4. Add chopped spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
5. Stir the spinach and garlic mixture into the cooked oats. Add soy sauce and mix well.
6. Serve the savory oatmeal in bowls, topped with a fried egg.
