  • 1 lb Patty Pan Squash sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add sliced patty pan squash to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and lightly browned, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
