Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Patty Pan Squash sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add sliced patty pan squash to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and lightly browned, about 10-15 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
