Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add Brussels sprouts, cut side down. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. Stir and cook for another 5-7 minutes until tender.
