Main Ingredients
- 1 lb bok choy trimmed and chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add bok choy and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Serve hot.
