Sautéed Bell Peppers
A simple and delicious side dish of sautéed bell peppers.

Main Ingredients
- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green) sliced into strips
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 clove garlic minced
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced bell peppers and sauté for 10-12 minutes until they are tender.
Add minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve warm.
