Sara's Strawberry Tabbouleh Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup bulgur wheat cooked
- 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped
- 1 cup fresh parsley chopped
- ½ cup fresh mint chopped
- ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked bulgur wheat, chopped strawberries, parsley, and mint.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the bulgur mixture and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
