  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheese
  • 0.25 cup sour cream

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season pork slices with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Cook pork in the skillet until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. Assemble wraps by placing pork, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream on each tortilla.
  6. Roll up the tortillas and serve.
