Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Tomatoes medium-sized, chopped
  • 1 pcs Onion small, chopped
  • 2 pcs Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 pcs Jalapeño seeded and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onions and garlic. Sauté until soft.
  3. 3. Add chopped tomatoes and jalapeño. Cook for 10-15 minutes until tomatoes are soft.
  4. 4. Transfer the mixture to a blender. Add salt, pepper, and cilantro. Blend until smooth.
  5. 5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve warm or chilled.
