  • 4 fillets Salmon
  • 1 Mango diced
  • ½ Red Onion diced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 Jalapeño minced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill salmon for 6-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Serve grilled salmon topped with mango salsa.
