Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Lemon Butter Sauce
- ¼ cup Butter melted
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon fillets, skin-side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped parsley to make the sauce.
4. Pour the lemon butter sauce over the cooked salmon fillets before serving.
