Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Lemon Butter Sauce

  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon fillets, skin-side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped parsley to make the sauce.
  4. 4. Pour the lemon butter sauce over the cooked salmon fillets before serving.
