Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Grated Fresh Ginger
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush them with olive oil.
Pour the ginger glaze over the salmon fillets.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
