Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Dill Sauce

  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  4. While the salmon is baking, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, fresh dill, and minced garlic in a bowl to make the dill sauce.
  5. Serve the baked salmon with the dill sauce on the side.
