Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
While the salmon is baking, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, fresh dill, and minced garlic in a bowl to make the dill sauce.
Serve the baked salmon with the dill sauce on the side.
