Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

While salmon is baking, blend avocados, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Top baked salmon with avocado cream and serve immediately.
