Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 2 Avocados ripe
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
  4. While salmon is baking, blend avocados, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Top baked salmon with avocado cream and serve immediately.
