Main Ingredients
- 300 g fresh salmon fillet skinless, boneless
- 1 tablespoon capers chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Dice the salmon into small cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the chopped capers, dill, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and olive oil to the bowl.
3. Gently mix everything together until well combined.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve immediately with crackers or toasted bread.
