Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
  • 200 g Salmon cooked and flaked
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese grated
  • 3 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the flaked salmon evenly over the pie crust.
  5. Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese over the salmon.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the salmon and cheese.
  7. Sprinkle the chopped dill on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
  9. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
