Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon
  • 2 large Sweet Potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. While the sweet potatoes are baking, rub the salmon fillets with the remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. After 15 minutes, add the salmon fillets to the baking sheet with the sweet potatoes and bake for another 15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
