Salmon and Cream Cheese Crostini
Simple and delicious crostini topped with smoked salmon and cream cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 1 baguette Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 4 oz Smoked salmon thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon Capers
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brush baguette slices with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Spread softened cream cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
Top with a slice of smoked salmon, a few capers, and a sprinkle of fresh dill.
Serve immediately.
