  • 1 baguette Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 4 oz Smoked salmon thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Capers
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush baguette slices with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Spread softened cream cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
  5. Top with a slice of smoked salmon, a few capers, and a sprinkle of fresh dill.
  6. Serve immediately.
