Instructions
In a bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Shape into 4 patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown patties on both sides.
Add beef broth, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water. Add to skillet and cook until sauce thickens.
