Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • cup bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape into 4 patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown patties on both sides.
  4. Add beef broth, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water. Add to skillet and cook until sauce thickens.
