Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Potatoes, diced
- 1 cup Carrots, diced
- 1 cup Green peas
- 1 cup Pickles, diced
- 4 units Eggs, hard-boiled and diced
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Boil the diced potatoes, carrots, and green peas until tender. Drain and let them cool.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled vegetables, pickles, and diced eggs.
3. Add the mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
