- 2 lbs Potatoes cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
