Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Pasta spaghetti or linguine
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 Lemon zested and juiced
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped rosemary. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the cooked pasta to the pan. Toss to coat with the garlic and rosemary mixture.
  4. 4. Add lemon zest and juice. Toss again to combine.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
