Main Ingredients
- 6 Roma tomatoes halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the halved tomatoes on the baking sheet, cut side up.
Drizzle the olive oil over the tomatoes.
Sprinkle the salt, pepper, and oregano over the tomatoes.
Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the tomatoes are soft and slightly caramelized.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
