- 1 lb Shishito Peppers
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the shishito peppers with olive oil and sea salt.
Spread the peppers out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the peppers are blistered and slightly charred.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
