Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Red Bell Peppers
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Cut the red bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.
  3. Place the peppers on a baking sheet, cut side down.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  5. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes or until the skin is charred and blistered.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool. Peel off the skin and serve.
